FABO, a locally owned coffee shop and art gallery, offers work from over 50 local artists in many mediums including jewelry, pottery and paintings. Our coffee shop features artisan coffee with fresh roasted beans and delectable goodies created by local food artists Tizzerts and Edible Arts.

Birthdays – Commission an artist to paint a place that is special to the recipient, or have a painted collage created from several pictures of a special event.

We also believe there is more to business than just driving profits. Much, Much, Much More. We channel a portion of all sales directly back to the Nevins Center. Connecting you to local non-profit organizations and enabling these programs is core to our mission statement.

We have a very special partnership with the Nevins Center (Vocation training for Developmentally Disabled Adults). All of our packaging is performed by these wonderful people. Working with the Nevins Center is a great way to do business.

FABO has all your coffee desires! We offer 4 freshly brewed coffees to choose from - Regular, French Roast, Decaf and a flavored coffee that will change often. We also have a full espresso bar for you to get all your lattes and cappuccinos! And if you are looking for that cold sweet drink then we have just the thing – FABO-chinos – blended drinks with espresso – YUM!

In addition to the coffee we have fabulous lemonade and tea!

Beer and Wine!

We have beer and wine available here at FABO!  With our fabulous outside seating it is the perfect place to come have some drinks and delicious treat and enjoy the view!

We have offer flights of wine for $16 each -
White includes - New Age, Crossings Sauv. Blanc, Kris Pinot Grigio, Sonoma Cutrer Chard.
Red includes - Cycles Pinot Noir, Punta Final Malbec, Middle Sister Rebel Red, Truth Cuvee
Funky includes - Cocovine Chocolate, Cocovine Raspberry, New Age, Cadoro Moscato

We are going to start pairing wines with our fabulous goodies my first fabulous pairing is the New Age with a Blueberry scone. New Age is a little sweet and goes perfectly with a not so sweet scone!

Whites
Crossings Sauvignon Blanc
This wine has aromas of passion fruit, lime and herbal notes. Melon and stone fruit flavors are complemented by zesty acidity and a flinty mineral spine. "Light and zingy, with a warm-pebble aroma wafting through the lime and other citrus character, lingering on the bright finish.
Healdsburg Ranches Unoaked Chardonnay
Citrus fruits including grapefruit, lemon, and pear shine through with unexpected panache. More subtle aromas such as honey, kumquat and fig dance across the palate like angels. And the long lean finish—accented by the powerful acid—lingers on the tongue like a pleasant childhood memory. It’s poetry, we tell you!
New Age White
A vivacious and sensual wine, exhibiting aromas of fresh flowers and fruit, crisp, yet soft in the finish.
Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay
Floral aromas of lavender, honey and honeysuckle give way to white peach and tropical aromas of mango and pineapple. Spice notes of vanilla and cinnamon bark accent those of pie crust, toasted bread and caramel. This chardonnay has a bright vibrant acidity that is fresh and youthful. Citrus flavors of lemon pie filling and lime are complimented by Fuji apple, pear and white cherries. A touch of caramel leads to an amazingly long lemon Jolly Rancher finish for a very refreshing wine.
Kris Pinot Grigio
A light-bodied wine which exhibits good texture along with plenty of peach tangerine and citrusy notes.

Reds
Cycles Gladiator Pinot Noir
Ripe black cola and a hint of spiciness on the nose; core flavors of cherry and plum along with wild berries and vanilla while soft, velvety tannins and balanced acidity keep the wine suspended into the finish.
Middle Sister Rebel Red
Smells like - …ripe red and dark berry fruits like plum, blueberry and blackberry. Sassy dash of black and white pepper with a dollop of crème de cassis. Tastes like - …a huge mouthful of ripe summer berries. The fruit goes on and on, ending in a luxurious finish.
Dry Creek Zinfandel
California Aromas of blueberry and raspberry are framed by notes of white pepper and chocolate. On the palate, an abundance of fresh berry fruit mingle with dollops of creamy oak. The tannins are refined and smooth, giving this wine a long and satisfying finish.
Truth Lindsey’s Cuvee
Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Malbec are the grape varieties in this blend. It is rich in dark fruits and has a creamy, vanilla finish from the oak barrels it is aged in. Very sophisticated wine for the money.
Bacchus Cabernet
This Cabernet is created from amazing fruit sources in and around Napa Valley by a sommelier named David Gordon. The wine is complex with rich blackberry fruit and a nice smoky finish. Soft tannins keeps this wine very smooth to please a wide variety of palettes.
Punta Final Malbec
Deep ruby red in color with notes of blackberry, blueberry and cassis. On the palate, the wine is balanced and round, with a jammy mouthfeel and a long finish.
Cocoa de Vine
Rich, velvety-smooth chocolate flavors, combine with undertones of vanilla and caramel.
MUMM Napa Cuvee Sparkling
The aromas are elegant, rich and complex, showing fresh white and yellow stone fruits with subtle hints of wild strawberry. A hint of vanilla and honey add to the wine's complex bouquet. On the palate, full flavors of peach and pear combine with a creamy caramel character, which lingers into a long satisfying finish.
